Brief introduction:

TMC series (TMC-10, TMC-18) transparent filling masterbatch can be used in the blow film of HDPE transparent film. It is made of Talcum powder, polyolefin resins and other polymer materials in special manufacturing method. Compared with other products, it offers better Whiteness, surface brightness and light transmittance. It can lower the cost, improve the mechanical properties and size stability of products. It has positive influence on print performance heat sealing or welding performance of products.

Main ingredients:

1. Talcum powder; 2. Polyolefin resin; 3. high molecule material additives .

1. Appearance: Φ3×1.5~2.5mm, Bonded particles≤0.2‰; 2. Color: light yellow white or light off-white; 3. MI: (190°C/10kg/10min): 0.2~0.8; 4. Moisture (Determination of thermogravimetry: 105°C/10min): ≤0.8‰; 5. Packing: 25kg/bag, kraft composite bag, lined with hot-sealed moisture-proof plastic bag.
